As FLOCO continues to grow, mature, and refine its mission, we are preparing for an important evolution in our identity.
Beginning in January 2026, FLOCO Holdings will officially transition to FLOCO Media.
This change is a deliberate step within our five-year strategic model, designed to better reflect who we are, what we do, and where we are headed next.
Why the Change?
The name FLOCO Holdings accurately described our early structure—a parent entity incubating multiple creative ventures. As those ventures have grown, however, our focus has sharpened. FLOCO is no longer simply holding ideas. We are actively producing, publishing, and distributing media across multiple disciplines.
The name FLOCO Media reflects that reality more clearly and positions us for the next phase of expansion.
Timing & Logistics
While a definitive date has not yet been finalized, we have earmarked the transition for the tail end of January 2026, specifically between January 28th and January 30th.
Around the same time, we will be:
Transitioning our primary website
Updating company email addresses
Aligning branding and public-facing materials under FLOCO Media
Additional technical details will be shared closer to the transition window.
Brand Consolidation
As part of this realignment, FLOCO will be consolidating our existing brands back into internal appendages rather than operating them as outward-facing standalone labels.
Effective with the transition:
Fox Fire Records will be shelved and replaced by FLOCO Music
Vulpine Publishing will be shelved and replaced by FLOCO Publishing
This is not an abandonment of those brands. Both Fox Fire Records and Vulpine Publishing are expected to re-emerge in the future as semi-autonomous subsidiaries, once timing and resources allow. For now, consolidation allows us to focus execution, streamline operations, and avoid overextension.
Simply put: this is about doing fewer things better, on purpose.
Setting the Table for FLOCO Animation
These structural changes are also laying the groundwork for the emergence of our third major division: FLOCO Animation.
FLOCO Animation is currently charged with producing our first animated series, The Netherverse, which is slated for release in October 2026. As our most ambitious project to date, Netherverse requires clarity of mission, brand cohesion, and focused leadership across the company.
This transition ensures the foundation is solid before that next chapter begins.
Looking Ahead
The shift to FLOCO Media is not a pivot, it’s a refinement.
Our mission remains the same: to build original worlds, tell meaningful stories, and create media with intention. This change simply aligns our name and structure with the work we are already doing, and the work still to come.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow.
