FLOCO Holdings and its subsidiaries, including Fox Fire Records and Vulpine Publishing, uphold a zero tolerance policy against any form of harassment, stalking, doxing, threats, or intimidation directed at our talent, staff, or affiliates—whether online or in person.

🚫 What This Policy Covers:
 

  • Online harassment: Any repeated, malicious, or targeted messages meant to cause distress or incite mobs.

  • Doxxing: The sharing of private, personal, or identifying information without consent.

  • Physical stalking or confrontation: Attempts to follow, surveil, or threaten our talent or staff in real life.

  • Threats of violence or intimidation: Whether veiled, implied, or explicit.

  • Organized smear campaigns or digital sabotage.
     

⚖️ Legal Enforcement & Prosecution:
 

We will prosecute all offenders to the fullest extent of state, federal, and international law—and we will not hesitate to work with law enforcement, cybercrime investigators, and legal counsel to track and press full criminal and civil charges against those responsible.
 

This includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Filing restraining orders, cease-and-desist notices, and civil suits for defamation, emotional distress, loss of business, or reputational harm.

  • Pursuing federal cybercrime charges where applicable (under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Interstate Stalking Act, etc.).

  • Requesting permanent bans or suspensions of individuals and IP addresses from social media, forums, and marketplaces.

  • Seeking financial restitution and punitive damages in civil court.

 

We work closely with legal teams, digital forensics experts, and private investigators to identify and hold accountable any individual or group attempting to harm our talent.
 

📡 Media & Counteraction Strategy:
 

Where legally permitted, FLOCO Holdings reserves the right to:
 

  • Publicly expose those who engage in harassment or illegal conduct through press releases, interviews, coordinated statements, and even employing defensive minded counter-doxing specialists.

  • Work with allied media outlets, PR partners, and advocacy groups to shine a spotlight on the tactics and identities of repeat offenders.

  • Inform our fanbase and partners of verified threats or attacks on our artists as part of a transparency and protection policy.

  • Document and archive all evidence of harassment or criminal behavior for use in both legal and public campaigns.
     

We are not obligated to remain silent in the face of attacks—and we won’t.
