🔥 Fox Fire Records Artist Submission & Distribution Policy
Overview:
Fox Fire Records exists to support independent, bold, message-driven music. As a division of FLOCO Holdings, we aim to provide a launching pad for musicians who have been overlooked, rejected, or silenced by the mainstream industry.
This policy outlines how artists and bands can submit their music for consideration and what options are available to them once accepted. We offer two distinct distribution tiers tailored to your goals, your grind, and your guts.
🎸 Step 1: Submit Your Music for Consideration:
We accept submissions from independent artists, bands, producers, and composers across a wide variety of genres—including (but not limited to):
Horror/Soundtrack + Seasonal (Christmas or Halloween)
Christian Rock/Metal
Country / Americana
Punk / Glam / Hair Metal
Indie & Experimental
We are especially interested in artists with bold messages, unique identities, and something to say. If your music challenges the system, carries spiritual weight, or offers something authentic in a world of copycats—we want to hear it. We are not interested in artists who conform to the "the message" (woke corporatist liberalism) and are really looking for rebels, bold voices, and those who like to buck the system.
What to Include:
A short artist/band bio
Links to your top 2-3 tracks (SoundCloud, Dropbox, YouTube, etc.)
Social media handles (if any)
Genre, target audience, and current fan base
Statement of purpose: What do you want this music to do in the world?

We do not require your music to be fully mastered before submission—but it must reflect your intended sound.
⚡ Step 2: Acceptance & Tier Selection:
Once reviewed by our A&R team, we will contact selected artists with a proposal. We offer two tiers of artist support based on your needs and budget.
🔹 Tier One: Straight Distribution
This tier is for the self-sufficient artist who needs a trusted partner to distribute their music to major platforms and ensure backend systems are in place. Basically for artists who need a partner who can watch their back, fight censorship, and ensure that their music is streaming everywhere without delay or interruption.
What’s Included:
Digital distribution to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Tidal, Deezer, and more
Royalty tracking & transparent payout system
ISRC/UPC assignment & cataloging under Fox Fire Records
Public listing as a Fox Fire Records artist
Fox Fire takes a very small cut of the royalties to cover our services!
Ideal For: Artists with their own marketing plan or live performance schedule, who simply need a distribution partner that won’t censor or hijack their voice.
🔥 Tier Two: Distribution + Marketing Support:
This is for artists ready to go beyond the music—with help building their brand, increasing their reach, and gaining momentum.
What’s Included:
Everything in Tier One, plus:
Press release & EPK creation
Playlist pitching (Spotify/YouTube/indie curators)
Email & SMS marketing blast inclusion
Strategic social media marketing (optional paid ad support available)
Custom visual design assets (cover art, motion graphic promo, etc.)
Ideal For: Artists looking for a real push—especially new releases, album drops, or bands trying to break into new markets.
🧾 Terms & Agreements:
All accepted artists sign a non-exclusive artist agreement—we don’t trap our musicians in exploitative deals. You retain full rights to your work and can leave Fox Fire at any time with proper written 90 day notice. The 90 day window ensures a fluid transition.
We reserve the right to decline content that:
Is in severe conflict with the vision and values of Fox Fire Records or our parent company, FLOCO Holdings LLC.
Encourages real world illegal activity (outside of artistic storytelling)
Uses AI-generated vocals
We’re not scared of truth. We are protective of integrity. We also reserve the right to reject any applications by artists whose work is in severe conflict with the vision and values of Fox Fire Records or our parent company, FLOCO Holdings LLC.
🧠 Artist Ownership & Royalties:
We pay artists fairly, transparently, and on time. Royalties are distributed quarterly and broken down by platform. You will have access to your backend data at any time upon request.
We do not take ownership of your masters unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
