Important Update: Netherverse Crowdfunding Campaign Moves to IndieGoGo

Hey Netherverse fans,

We wanted to give you a heads-up that our crowdfunding campaign has officially moved from GoFundMe.com to IndieGoGo. As part of this transition, the campaign launch will be pushed back to later this month — expected by the end of August 2025.

Why the move? It’s simple. Our band ACRE has had ongoing issues with GoFundMe, a platform notorious for censoring free speech. Shortly after launching our Netherverse campaign, GoFundMe abruptly halted it and subjected us to unreasonable scrutiny — likely due to ACRE’s history of standing firm on their beliefs. We refused to waste time jumping through their endless hoops.

Instead, we chose to switch to IndieGoGo, a platform that supports free speech and artistic freedom without the censorship nonsense.

We don’t have an exact launch date yet, but once the IndieGoGo campaign goes live, we’ll kick off a full marketing blitz to make sure you don’t miss a thing. For now, the GoFundMe link on the Netherverse page has been deactivated.
