Neon Rebel is Seattle’s unapologetic powerhouse of punk-fueled, retro 1980s glamrock hair metal. Founded by firebrand frontman Chase Bigbie, the band revives the spirit of rock’s golden age with a modern, politically defiant edge. With Jax on lead guitar, Raven on drums, and Nick Nash, also of Christian metal band Acre, also on drums as well as bass, Neon Rebel delivers a sonic punch that’s as glitter-drenched as it is gut-punching.
 

Best known for their rebellious attitude and electric stage presence, Neon Rebel has played a prominent role in Wicked Beats and the Wicked Whispers horror rock series. They’ve contributed to all seven volumes of Wicked Whispers, with Volume VII marking their final collaboration with Allie Cat and the Wicked Whispers brand. Their work helped define the haunting, high-voltage sound of the label's Halloween releases, making them a cornerstone of Fox Fire’s darker seasonal catalog.
 

Neon Rebel has been working on their long-awaited debut album, Electric Riot, since 2024. The project remains in development with no official release date, but anticipation continues to grow among their fiercely loyal fanbase. The album is expected to showcase the band’s signature mix of gritty punk rebellion, glamrock chaos, and unfiltered political fire.
 

Occasionally, Neon Rebel joins forces with Allie Cat and the Strays to form the face-melting glam-punk supergroup Neon Kitty. Though this collaboration has so far only appeared on Wicked Whispers, fans have been begging for more ever since.
 

While a major presence on Wicked Beats, Neon Rebel took a winding path into the Fox Fire Records roster. Initially hesitant to sign, the band ultimately struck a deal with FLOCO Media, aligning under Fox Fire Records with the goal of eventually bringing Electric Riot to life. Their inclusion further cements Fox Fire's growing reputation as the home for the loud, the raw, and the unapologetically real.
