                  division of FLOCO Holdings LLC. Alongside its sister companies, Vulpine is part                    of a strategic, long-term effort to revitalize and rebuild a struggling                            publishing house acquired in 2024—not as a finished product, but as a work in

                  progress with tremendous potential.
